Argan oil... Why?

The Berbers of Morroco would collect undigested Argan pits from the wastes of goats which climb tree high up in the mountains to eat their fruits. The pits were ground and pressed to make the nutty oil.
Argan oil is exceptionally rich in vitamin E and essential fatty acids.
